TOPIC: Cannot upgrade from ARTIO server

Cannot upgrade from ARTIO server 11 years ago #39684

We've tried upgrading VM Invoice from ARTIO server, from version 2.0.10 to 2.0.25 but we're getting errors:

File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/qrcode.php
File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/datamatrix.php
File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/barcodes.php

How to fix this problem?

Hello,

Create backup of the database for sure. Then uninstall VM Invoice and install actual version of this component.
Actual version can be downloaded in Download Area. Put there your download id.

Thanks for your support. If I uninstall old version, will all my settings be saved and used when I install the latest version?

I was not sure with VM Invoice so I tested it and it works same like any other component. Uninstallation has no effect on database and tables will be not removed. For this reason, your settings for this component will remain.

i've heart of such a problem ,but resolved the way same here
