First of all, I'm very happy with your extension.

My feature request would be:
Add a payment slip / deposit slip when the customer wants to pay by banktransfer or on account.
Attach the payment slip after the invoice in the same pdf.
It would be very cool, if everything would be on the payment slip incl. order number.
