Dear,

I'm not sure what are you asking about. We can do VM Reports customization for you.
If you'll have some concrete problem, I can try to help you.

Regards, Pedu.

Hello Pedu,
thank you for responding.

I bought support from the Artio Team. They customized VM Reports just as i wished.

I am able to make vendors sell their products. But when vendors go to their VM Reports page they have access to all other products that have been put up for sale by other members.

I have been told to stop this, i have to go in the source code and that:
"Vendor id is necessary to save to session $_SESSION['com_vmreports']['vendor']"

this is all i have been told to do.
Any ideas ?

Regards
Neil

Dear,

I'm still not sure about your request. But I remember that this support was made by us. I don't remember all details but I think that it was about make vendors able to see their statistics on front-end.
I'm not sure, what exactly is the problem. I think it's about get the vendor's id in dependency on actually logged user and save it to the session. The relation should be stored somewhere in VM database.

Hello,

Yes that is exactly it. On the front end of the site, vendors can see their statistics.

How do you get the vendors id dependency? Do you know where abouts it should be stored and how to do it ?

thank you for your help

Dear,

I think that the user-vendor relation should be in the jos_vm_auth_user_vendor table.
I still don't understand your task. I think that there already should be some limitation that vendors can see only their own reports (not sure about the requests of the old task).
If form the specification more exactly, we can update it for you. To do it, please, contact our managers to get more about the support.
