Hi, I can't find another, more appropriate place to post this as the Support Forum link at joomla-experts.net sent me to this forum, so apologies if this is the wrong place.

Yesterday, I purchased JE Comparison Chart (order 211) but the download link is broken (as, by the way, are the demo and free trial links). See attached screenshot.

I sent an email immediately using the contact form at joomla-experts.net, but have not yet received a reply.

I would appreciate either the correct link or a refund.

Ok, it's over a week now and no contact, no refund, no download - nothing.
An error, I can understand and a all I asked was for a resolution to a broken download. it appears that you are not at all interested.
My advice to other potential purchasers - steer well clear.

if you are logged in at Joomla-Experts, then with your order, you should be able to access
www.joomla-experts.net/downloads/je-comp...charts-members-only/
where the component is available for download.

Hi Jan,
Thanks for your reply.
However, I am still getting the message "The file is not available on the server".
I am logged in and in the Downloads area, but the file is not there.

Also can't seen to attach a screenshot here today
