2. Licence
Please note the licence conditions for the software you download from our e-store. The software distributed under GNU/GPL (or other free) licence is available at no cost in the download section. However the software that is offered for a fee is not freely distributable and you are required to follow the licence conditions written in this document.
One copy of the software can be only used as single installation. If you need multiple copies (usage on more sites or server) you need to buy a seperate licence for each installation.
If the source code is copyrighted by ARTIO s.r.o. You can do modifications to the code for your own purposes withing your licenced copy, but you are not allowed to distribute the modified and/or original code.
2.1. Registration Changes
For specific products the license is binded to a domain and path or IP. It is possible to register a 1 production (Site URL) and one testing (Testing URL) or multiple IPs. Change of the license binding to a domain/IP may be approved in some cases, however operator has right to refuse the change without giving any reasoning. When change is approved, administration fee of 3.80 EUR may be charged.
3. Liability
ARTIO s.r.o. cannot be held liable for any errors, disruption of service or loses of data caused by the software provided unless a special agreement has been signed between ARTIO s.r.o. and the customer.
Customer is buying the software AS IS. Incompability with other software, specific software or hardware configuration or partial misfunctionality does NOT entitle right for order cancellation or refundation.
4. Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled at no cost before your payment has been cleared to our account. For downloadable products, we do not issue ANY refunds after download channel has been enabled and if any download attempt made.
Cancellation of order after the payment is received is possible on agreement, in case that ordered service was not used or no download attempt was made. In such cases a cancellation fee 3.80 EUR is charged.5. Prices and Taxes
The prices shown at the time of the order are final. The VAT applicable in the Czech Republic may be added automatically where it applies. VAT is charged to all subjects within Czech Republic and to private persons within EU.
6. Support
Unless you have purchased a support service or unless explicitely stated, there is no guaranteed support service included in the price of the product licence. You are buyng the product AS IS. Support service is provided separatelly.

8. Downloads Policy
The downloads of the purchased software is available only for specified period of time (1 year starting from 1.1.2009). After this period, the download account for a user will be automatically disabled. Operator will NOT email or provide the source files via other channels except online update service after this period!
9. Final Provisions
These conditions are valid from 1.12.2006. Last updated on 18.2.2010.
Operator keeps right to change these conditions without prior notice.
