Answer
- Download installation package from download area.
- Unpack package on the disk of your computer.
- Copy content of the folder admin into folder administrator/components/com_booking
- Copy content of the folder site into folder components/com_booking
- Select "Refresh Database" Control Panel -> Configuration -> Error Log
If Booking is completely blocked then you can fire the refresh process with the URL
your-domain/administrator/index.php?option=com_booking&controller=errors&task=refreshDatabase
