JoomSEF 4 is a Joomla 1.6 component for improving Joomla SEO (search engine optimization): rewrites Joomla URLs to be search engine friendly (SEF), helps to manage site meta tags.
JoomSEF 4 maintains all functionality provided by JoomSEF 3. It only adapts to the Joomla 1.6 API.
