Well I guess I have the exact same issues as this (but subject locked) :

I did create an account to open a ticket ... and it says I have to pay ...

So basically the product kind of worked in version 4.0.1 on joomla 2.5.
Since I migrated to 3.x, I had to spend a night upgrading to 4.0.3 because of this :

And of course unlike the FAQ says .. I lost it all after reinstalling ...

And now I have the 403 - JERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR on my site, the 1271 error in the document tab of the back office ... as soon as I have a folder in my structure...
As it seems I am not the only one .. not sure I understand why I have to pay to help you fix your bugs ?
Am I missing something here ?
