cheers for the reply. 2 hours of support to get it working :( why dont they just charge 85 euro for it and offer free support :D.

Dont suppose you still have access to the files they changed so i could check what they did? would be much appreciated (cheeky i know, but im desparate)

could you let me know what support did to get the plugin working for you as i am having the exact same problem.
Countries within the EU but outside of the UK are still being charged VAT even with a system valid EU VAT number.
