Could somebody either:

1. Correct the download id on my account for which I have paid.
or
2. Maill an amended download id to me so that I can complete the upgrade and see if the component works?

Sometime this year please.
Thank you.

Error Message: Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: com_joomsef3.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (com_joomsef4.zip)

When downloading directly from Artio Site I get a copy of JoomSEF 4.0.2

I have a paid copy and an amended site url. I am using the site id as provided on my Artio Account page.
(Order Number: 00017423)

Why is this happening?

In my case this problem appears when JCE Editor were active. Try to turn off JCE Editor and go JoomSEF configuration.

Any ideas how to get the two to cooperate?

Thanks Jan,
I have applied the url change and downloaded Joomsef 4.02 again.
Still getting the "ARTIO JoomSEF Configuration file Writeable" error message on white screen.
So I cannot access the config pages to enter the update id.

I see other users have posted similar issues.

My frontend is getting too many redirect errors...

Is the a 4.0.3 direct download?

Hi Guys,

I have a paid subscription for joomsef4 and cannot upgrade. Currently have 4.0.2 installed.

When accessing the component I get a "ARTIO JoomSEF Configuration file Writeable" message on a white screen.

I use RS Firewall and Akeeba Admin on Joomla 1.6.3

I'm a little concerned that my download id may not be correct for my site, with my Joomla installation in a separate folder in the public_html.

For this reason although when I access the component, I see the upgrade to 4.0.3 but cannot access it or download the updated version from the main site.

So my questions are:

1. Can I change the website url for the package?

2. Are there known issues with Akeeba Admin and RS Firewall?

Any help most appreciated.
