Hi, thanks for the response.

None of the urls that are stored are locked or custom. I have this working correctly on another system so I know the difference (not being rude, just to let you know).

Here is another example of the URL "autoclaves/products/laboratory/autoclaves". I simply wish to remove the first autoclaves which I believe is being taken from the menu link, though I may be wrong.

Purging still does not seem to be working.

Thanks again.

Hi,

I have been trying to remove the menu link (i think it is the menu link) from the url on my site.

I keep trying to purge the links but to no avail. It almost seems that Joomsef is not working at all.

Please help!

This is the site:

www.sychem.co.uk/products/products

As you can see, the url is products/products which looks poor. I would like to remove one of the products. I removed the option to show the menu title in the url but to no avail. Then when I purge the system says there are no urls stored but in fact when I go to the sef page, it has not changed at all.

I am on the latest Joomsef and using ZOO with the correct Joomsef extension.

Thanks in advance.

Matt

That's what generally comes up as a massive block of red after updating, showing all the files that are downloaded in the update. All I do is after making sure the Download ID is registered in the plugin config, I just go to the Upgrade section in the component options, and just press the Upgrade from ARTIO Server button. And then I get that error.

I'm encountering issues upgrading JoomSEF on a website we've purchased it for, as I've been going through routinely updating all the components in the site. However, whilst other components have had no issue in updating, JoomSEF seems to refuse to update. I do think it might be permissions issues, but as I said, other components with update mechanisms haven't had the same problems.

What might I have to do in order to ensure JoomSEF updates correctly? It is kind of important for me to keep the component up to date so to mitigate potential security issues from out-of-date and vulnerable versions of components/plugins/modules/etc.
