Thanks! Could you perhaps suggest a workaround or something so that customers who bought downloadable products via phone/email can have an access to the downloadable product?

I was able to download and install the VMInvoice, I only used your download info email as an example. When you buy something online, like a digital product for example, virtuemart will send you a download info email that contains your download link and download ID, right? My problem is when I create a new order using VMinvoice, the download email that contains the link and download ID is not being sent to the customer. I tried using the Virtuemart function that should resend the Download ID but it is still not sending.

I've also tried reenabling and resending the Download ID via the order details but it still won't send the download info. Thanks a lot.

Nope. The download info email that contains the download ID and link when you buy a downloadable product. VM invoice is not sending out the "Download-info" email when I try to make a new order.
