No help from Artio, but finally we found the problem. As mentioned allready VM Invoice has problems with some charakters. We changed:

File: /administrator/components/com_vminvoice/assets/js/ajaxcontent.js

Line 190 commented out: //url += appendQuery('pname','newproduct');

Now artio only uses the Product ID and not the productname, while adding products.

This doesn´t work for us. @Artio this needs further investigation.

we digged a bit deeper into the problem and still think this is a problem of artio. While adding a product the following url is called und produces a 404 messages. This leads to the error. In my point of view vm-invoice sends the wrong information, as we don´t try to add the product mentioned in the URL.

As I´m a paying user, I demand deeper engagement with the issue.

thanks for the reply. I did find that thread already, Disabled jquery and other plugin but nothing changes. Need the plugins anyway.

Is there another option?

I cannot get your point. This is the error message, if the user tries to add a product to a existing order.

Help is very welcome

We cannot add any product to the oder. Message "send failed". Found two other threads, but no solution was posted. Any solution?
