YES you are correct. I had to downgrade to 1.39 because I had this problem. I always take a backup before any upgrade . So I restored to the older version after I realised that I could not add any prices.
Please feel free to login to www.auto-ci.com/prot For the now it's runnung 1.39. Can you give an email or some way to send you the credentilas to login to my site. I do not want to publish them in a forum. when you connect please upgrade to 1.4 and try to add prices.

Hi I am Dimitris and I facing this problem:
I have bought the booking component (www.auto-ci.com)
I have added some objects and I was almost ready
BUT
After upgrading to latest version 1.4 (online, I did not download the component again)
I cannot add payments. Any payments
Although the reservation types exist.

Hi again,
regarding the language I found the correct file

Regarding the notification to the user there is an issue with the magement of the users If someone registrs his self with the joomla component the ARTIO component does not send the emal so everytime before the pament the user must give his email to receive the notifications
I will search it more and come back again. In any case it does not work smoothly

Hi,
I have bought ARTIO booking and installed in www.auto-ci.com/prot. I have two problems
1. When a customer makes a reservation , emails should be sent to both administrator and client. Although I have configured correctly (?) the backend only the administrator receives emails. Can you imagine that might be the problem ? Maybe some setting intheclient's profile? Of course they have emails and they receive when they are first registered.

2. I made a few changes in the file

ftp://ftp.auto-ci.com/public_html/prot/administrator/components/com_booking/extensions/mod_booking_search/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_booking_search.ini (You can find it attached)
to change the messages displayed. But there is no change As you can see in the first page the search module still shows "everywhere" and not what is written in the file
