I am sorry, but I am using VM 1.1.5, not VM 2.0.10.
I am just a website owner, not a developer, have no experience yet with VM 2.0.x

Upgrade to the latest version. for me that was 2.0.19. To get that version, use the original mail you received when you bought VM Invoice, it links to the latest version.

I have not heard from Artio for these 20 days. Support is thus not existing, do not put your hopes up to get a response. Besides this entry on the forum I mailed them twice, all no reaction. really sucks.

I used VM Invoice 2.0.14. Then I thought, let's try the newer version, altough I could not find a list what was changed, so it was a real long shot. Deinstalled the 2.0.14 version, installed the 2.0.19 version, all settings where kept. So I upgraded to version 2.0.19 and this software had even new items for this discount problem that I had.
So the problem is solved.
I can now really automatically send these invoices.

I am using Joomla 1.5.23, VM 1.1.5, Artio VMinvoice 2.0.14

I am experiencing the same problem, when a customer gets a discount on the total order by using a coupon discount.

when a customer has used a coupon discount, I find that in the total line of the Invoice. Very good. However, the VAT line and the line with the total without VAT, do not take this discount into consideration.

Both these figures are as if there is no discount given, while the discount is specified on the invoice.

what is going on? can you guide me to the solution?
