I purchased JoomSEF 4 two days ago but have not received a download email. Please will someone respond to my support request!

How can I stop multiple instances of the same SEF URLs appearing selected in the sitemap generation screen please? I have a lot of cases of the same SEF URL being produced for articles with multiple different real URLs. I don't want to have to go through 30,000 URLs manually deleting duplicates.

I would like to use GTranslate Pro on my site (granslate.net). I have it installed as a Joomla plugin which I had to set to order before JoomSEF's system plugin to get it to work. GTranslate adds 2 letter language codes to the URLs for the translated content, e.g. mydomain.com/fr/etc/
The problem I have is that JoomSEF does not recognise what GTranslate does, and stores the translated URLs (with the string "glang=" in the non-SEF URL) as the default, so for example when I try to view some English content (without any language code in the URL) on my site I get the French content if someone else viewed the site in French before.

Is there any workaround for this, please? Does only JoomFish work with JoomSEF? I have not enabled JoomSEF language management in the settings.

This has now been solved. Apparently I didn't actually have the ArtioSEF plugin first ordered.

Thank you for the reply. I do indeed get the same install error when I try to install your free search extension. I have just paid for 1 hour of support time in the hope that you can help me fix this as all my directories are writable and the Artio SEF system plugin is the first ordered.

Oh come on please, I bought a product which doesn't work. Can you please fix the product?

Installed the paid version of JoomSEF, saved the configuration. Tried to install ext_joomsef4_jreviews.zip and got this error message:
