Hi all,
I would like to know how I can export my order list (pref incl invoice pdf's and user data/customer data) into a csv and then re-import them in an upgraded artio version. Due to changes in upgrades to VM3 and Joomla 3.5, i upgraded with Artio as well. But how i can easily transfer my old data to this upgraded version?
What about my invoice templates? Simply copy paste the files from the system folder?

Hi,

In Joomla extensions manager, i'm unable to unpack and install joomsef4.zip. I receive an error message 'download id not set'. But i downloaded this file from artio website using my personal download id.
Anyone able to help?

Hi,
When i manually edit an invoice (containing +/- 40 product items) and alter final prices or discounts, the program exits when i save after a minute already, re-directing back to /administrator/index.php
Therefore, I am unable to create offline orders for my clients, and seriously stuck for the moment. I have the most recent version installed (Artio VM Invoice 2.0.44)
using: Joomla! 2.5.24 and VirtueMart 2.6.8
Can someone please help me asap?

I receive the error that my vm invoice is not registered while i'm sure this is done for both my live and test site. I want to be able to upgrade from the backend to the latest version, yet this seems to be impossibe since:
I don't have a download ID; even so, where do i input it? thank you
