Joomdocs and JoomDOC are different products.
The guys at Joomclan just used a name that is very close to what we use.

well, VM Invoice has no basically Joomla front-end (with exception of integrating it with VM invoice list as described in documentation). It simply only creates PDF invoices based on exisitng VM orders and allows invoice creation in back-end.

Language selection is matter of rfront-end egistration form - which is either core Joomla or VirtueMart (if registering within a shop). Certainly there is no direct relation to VM Invoice -- that will only re-use the existing setting of an user.
So although you may have different opinion, registration form was never meant to be part of VM Invoice.

As regards the customization, we expect that 2-3 hrs would be needed to make and deploy the necessary adjustment. This will in fact not be a VM Invoice customization but VM / or Joomla registration form customization, which ever you prefer. Of course we would use over-ride, not a core hack. We do not do such things. :-)

well, obviously, there has been a vast of changes between v1 and v2, a lot of things have been re-worked.

And as is stated in our conditions, we can only support latest versions that we can test with. We do not have capacity to provide support for old versions - sorry.

we cannot provide you a refund as this has not proved as a JoomSEF bug yet.
We have tested the feature and it works fine on testing instances. It appears there must be something connected with your site in particular. It might be either JS conflict or server setting issue.

If you provide our support with credentials to your site, we can try this and help you localize the problem.

if I understand this right and you only have problem with 2nd and additional products, then I would expect there might be some JS error or something. This does not sound like a logics problem.

1) what browser are you using?
1b) did you try in different one?

As regards the screenshot above -- is that the original VM order?
It does not make sense, the totals are absolutelly wrong - or do you have deliberately set negative discounts?

As if (line 1) product price with tax is 47 and discount is 15, the final price should be 32, not 62, right?

1) I am not sure wherefrom the error is generated -- probably from some other component, although it seems to be reffering to one of vm_invoice files

2) the message is in Spanish, so I do not understand it in full;

3) however, there is no reason why some other component should be working with the changelog file from VM Invoice; more likely it is rather JaExtensions bug which is working with a wrong file

Yes, you are right.
Currently booking is expecting that it is given a FINAL price (incl. VAT) and then - where needed for tax purposes, the VAT is subtracted.

It is because at least here, it is a law, that customers (if a private person) need to be given final prices with all taxes included.
That means, I should learn as a customer, that 1 night of accommodation will cost me e.g. 100 EUR, and this is a final price.

So it is only about getting this into account - and in your case, you simply need to enter 120 as a price and then it will be 100 + 20.

I believe it should be possible to make it automated as well, but as Pavel wrote, the ccIDEAL component the plugin is mapped to could have changed meanwhile.

If you want us to check this for you and update the payment method plugin for you, I believe we shall be able to do it within some 2-3hrs.

Hello,

as regards the URLs, it is no problem at all.
You can do it as you described and register new.mywebsite.com as Testing URL and mywebsite.com as Production URL. With the transition process as you described it, there will be no problems at all.

How long does it take since I pay and I can download the paid version? how is the procedure?

If you choose to pay online (with PayPal) then you get it almost immediately as the payment confirmation is automated. If you choose to pay by bank transfer it may take up to a few days before your payment is received on our account.
