OK, I think I may have the answer. After alot of searching and hair pulling (it's grey anyway!!) I found through my own ISP (Heart Internet) that I had to increase the memory size in my PHP script as well as my .htaccess files. I increased the memory from 24mb to 100mb and then put the code ' RLimitMem max ' into the .htsccess file. It's worked a treat. Hopefully that's it sorted.

I have the same white screen when either I click on send email or pdf. Has this been sorted?
