we have test your proposal but we get everytime the error
"Error: 10:Error: Unauthorized "

here our input line: 938xx:190xxx:83b7f9b7ef2cfd41079e53edc76bxxxx

First Customer Number
Second = ProjectNumber
Third= API Number

We work after your Workflow without filled Customer Field, and select Pay Full Only

We checked the other option too

What ist your solution ?. we can not delivert the Webpage do our Customer and have much of Problems with him.

i have called with sofort.com

i dont can open a testaccount for you over our payment account.

The integration support are happy if you called him or send a email for your own testaccount to re-programming your Plugin.

So we called with Sofortüberweisung

and the customer number and the API Key is not enough to mak a payment.

for a transaktion you need
customer key
projekt key
api-key
this must transmitted to sofortüberweisung
than it works

you can call the technical support under:

if we do that we get:

Error: 10:Error: Unauthorized

If we check a test over the Plattform "Sofort Überweisung" it works fine with the Data.

but here we get the error above.

in the Field kunden-id we put the customer kunden-nr from "sofort überweisung"
in the API Filed wew put the 32 sign API-Key from "sofort überweisung"

a short question o the INput Fields in the Details of the Plugin.

We put in the Api-Schlüssel the API Key
But what must we put in to the Kunden ID. What we get is a
Projekt-ID with six sign
or our Customer Number with five sign.



Please you have a sample for us. It was very nice.

we have enable different payment option for the Customers but not is visible in the Frontend

- Plugins are enable
- Plugins filled up with API and more
- We have reinstalled from Artio Server

We must work with the " Sofort Überweisung" Plugin

Hello we have the same problem with paypal.
We can not see the Paypal payment method and other. The only Payment method to see ist "Sofort überweisung"
We check the settings and all security settings "Guest allowed" and the Plugins are enabled.

Can you help us. we must go Online in one week with the Portal

it is for us a little bit confused. We work with Joomla 3.15 the standard language is german
but the only language support in joomsef 4.4.4 is english. must we install a additional languagefile and where is it.
