Do to no response I deinstall the component and switch to ccVAOM.
There I found a solution and a quicker responding support.
Sorry, but I kneed a quicker solution for a component which I paid for.
In this case, I can't recommand ARTIO.

Following setup is avaible:
System - VMInvoice Autorun is enable
Delivery Note Configuration was set to -> yes to send both. Result: Both wer sent when triggered by the Order Management. Only the email content of the invoice text was sent.

So far I didn't found a solution to setup the component, to let the delivery note will be sent if the shopping process is done.

For information, I setup the virtuemart order confirmation e-mail like it was described in the faq.
