I have not been able to get JoomSEF to successfully 301 the following pages for www.remarriagetoday.com

Here's what my Google Webmaster report says about Pages with duplicate title tags:

So my questions are:
1. How do I get all the home page entries to point to the / only?
2. How do I keep rotating newsflashes that dynamically change from showing as 'duplicate pages'
3. Why on earth does the weblinks section even show as duplicate? It clearly is different links.
