I have a DOCman site with nearly 9000 documents.

When I run the migration script I get the following error:

"500 Server Error - A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again."

Would it be OK to start the script again and is there a way to prevent this ptoblem?
