We want to make reservations from the frontend by the administrator, and we see the possibility.

From Backend started making a new booking and you can not date or time.

We can clarify this?

Hello, I'm not sure if I understand exactly.
I think the easiest way is create for administrator customer account with name e.q. Receptionist and make reservations as customer.
