component/com_booking/views/subject/tmpl/default.php

move 
echo $this->loadTemplate('supplements');
at the end of file

Hello

Button is in components/com_booking/views/subject/tmpl/default_bookitform.php

This file is loaded from calendar'e templates.

For example in components/com_booking/views/subject/tmpl/default_calendar_monthly.php

on row 35 with echo $this->loadTemplate('bookitform');
