I use with joomla 2.5. Could I assign this component with manager permission? If can, how could I do?
Could you give me with detail?

Hello,

yes, it is possible.
You can assign who is manager by using Artio Booking Reservation Managers as well as manage the permission settings for user groups in Artio Booking Configuration: Permission.
