Hello,

Language files are used in:
1. language/{lang_code}/{lang_code}.com_booking.ini
2. administrator/language/{lang_code}/{lang_code}.com_booking.ini

Change {lang_code} tag to your language code (e.g. en-GB)
Your problem is probably with file 1. Maybe there are not all translations. You can compare it with english files.
