the client must be logged in to he could cancel his reservation or reservation can be canceled by manager but there is not such possibility to set time/hours. Please, try our free version before the purchase: www.artio.net/downloads/joomla/book-it

In cp, under prices tab, there is an option (see attach): so what does it mean 'cancel time'? what is that used for?
User can cancel reservation at any time?

there you can set the latest time when payment must be done after making reservation. If customer doesn´t pay in time then the reservation will be cancelled.
