TOPIC: problem in upload file

i'll installed joomdoc 2.0.2 all ok but when i try to upload a new file the system show a message Error uploading - Directory problem im are testing on my pc whit xamp and joomla 1.5.14

can someone help me?

It can happen, when a permission for upload is not set correctly. Please enter Configuration in JoomDoc component Menu and setup a conveniet user group allowed to upload
