I’ve Joomdoc 3.4.6 pro and yesterday i’ve bought 4.0.1 pro
I’ve tried to install 4.0.1 over 3.4.6 like many other joomla modules but does’nt work
(err: Component Install: Another component is already using directory)
How can I upgrade without lose my documents ?
On backup site I’ve done some attempt before write here..
For example I’ve unistalled v3 and then install v4, but now i've error 403 ERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR on site
There's also an error looking upgrade pages:
