Hi,

Ik keep getting the error message frontend '403 - You aren't allowed to access this folder.' whenever I want to look at the documents without being logged in. How can I solve this? All rights are set to public.

I am using ARTIO JoomDOC Free version 3.2.3 with Joomla 1.7.2.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Anyone? I would hate to have to use another extension because I really like this one, but if it doesn't work frontend for the public (not registered), I will be forced to.
Any suggestion is welcome!

I know this is a bit old but for others you need to be sure that you set the permissions under the "Options" buttons.

Hello, JoomDOC3 use Joomla ACL. in basic setting, everything is disabled. You have to in global configuration allow enter folder for Joomla users groups.

Hello, I didn't solve the problem. Sorry for my stupidness! I allowed everything in ACL but I get the message #403 anyway. (when I go to "show folder" or "file details" on frontendpage, as logged in administrator)

Joomla 2.5.1 / JoomDoc 3.2.8 Enterprise

thanking you in anticipation

Hello, do you use JoomSEF or something else? Can I see your pages and back-end?
