We've tested to make sure that the problem stems from JoomSEF and the VirtueMart extension and it is. When you go to a category page or even a product page, it ads our fade in banner and our featured navigation section at the bottom of the pages. The actual elements are only on the home page, so none of that should be there.

This is an example of the issue:

www.lovely4bags.com/home/list-all-products

On this page it shows the banner element but not the selector:

www.lovely4bags.com/fashion-bags/fashion-bags

Any assistance would be great, because we love what it has done for us, just need to get the bugs out.

Hi,
Find your home menu item ID in Joomla's Menu Manager and set it to Ignore Itemids field on the Common tab of JoomSEF's VirtueMart extension parameters (accessible from Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF).
After that, use JoomSEF's URLs Manager to delete URLs with this problem, so they can be recreated from scratch.
