No response from Artio - waiting for weeks 7 years, 11 months ago #30764

Recently we began a migration from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5. All of the other companies that we purchased extensions from have been wonderful at assisting us and immediate response. All of them provided links for the vendor to receive a discount to upgrade to newest version even though we are past the 1 year time frame. But we are unable to upgrade our Joomsef 3 to Joomsef 4 because we do not have our download ID from our original purchase and Artio will not respond to any requests for this information. Then we made the mistake of trying to do it from our site and we overwrote our paid version with the trial version that leaves the Artio mark in the footer. Does anyone know how to locate your download id if you over wrote your paid version with the trial version so that you can upgrade? or does anyone know how to get Artio to respond with the answer? Any help is appreciated. The vendor wants us to switch to sh404 because they have better support.

I'm sorry for this, what channel have you used to contact us?
Anyway, if you don't have the Download ID, do you at least have the order number? Or do you know when JoomSEF was ordered or what user or e-mail address was used during the order process?

Hello, I was communicating with Michal but I stopped hearing back from him. Then my emails were being blocked from my ISP so I began to send communication using the contact us forms. I received the same email from Michal this morning but I could not get my email back to him to go through. Below is the lastest info:
After hours of research we think the original order ID was 8610 and they think they did an upgrade in April 2011. They also think the download ID now may be Download-ID: 9353be93d1e984ccb4430fca42ad082b but they say it did not work anywhere they try. That is when they accidentally overwrote our paid Joomsef3 with the unpaid trial version that broke our navigation on our test site and they don't know how to bring back our Joomsef3 to upgrade to Joomsef4.

Hello,

Michal just replied you to the e-mail that since your upgrade period has already expired, we can only offer you a 20% discount for existing customers for new license purchase. If you agree, we will generate a coupon for you.

Received your response. Can you please email me the discount to purchase? My ISP thinks the emails I send to you are spam and blocks them so I can only communicate back to you using the forum. Thank you,
