TOPIC: Download Id don't work

Hi,

Just bought today 2 Joomsef 3 zoo extensions.
The first one work weel but for the second one when i try to get extensions the system reply :

Upgrade period already expired or not activated yet. No free version of file ext_joomsef3_zoo.zip is available.

Despite i correctly set the download id.

Some help please.

Hi,
To activate the download ID just use it to download the extension here: www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area

Perfect. it work. Thx.
But anyway the direct update button had a problem wiht id ...

After using the download ID in our e-shop at least once, the direct Update button should work correctly with it.
