On website www.tec.lisam.it/lang-en.html I have the metatag description and keywords in the italian main homepage, but I don't know how to put metatags description and keywords into the english, french and spanish translation homepages:

I'm using joomla 1.5.14 and joomla 1.5.14 sef patch , joomfish if I try to use SH404SEF I get strange problems., maybe if I'll use JoomSEF I'll solve my problems?
