Im not sure if Im going to explain it right but Ill try. I have artio joomsef installed and Im using alphacontent component as my home page link. I have sections that are showing properly sef links but not this home link. My site is in croatian and you can see and check the link if you want: www.savjeti-hr.com/naslovnica-11.html ("naslovnica" means Home). Every link that I have on my site is properly sef friendly, like it supose to be, only this one, I need it to be like this: wwww.savjeti-hr.com/naslovnica.html.

Please, check the View/Edit SEF URLs in JoomSEF to see which variables cause this duplicity (the difference between the naslovnica.html and naslovnica-11.html real URL).

It seems the pagination is the problem. Unfortunately, there is no configuration you can use for AlphaContent extension to fix this at the moment. We'll implement a better pagination handling in next version of JoomSEF.
