I have a problem with joomsel.Install it and everything is working properly but I have a problem with items.When I click the link artical (read more), and he loaded me all modules from te frontpage.

I do not know whats the problem.If someone can help me I would be grateful :)

This is caused by wrong Itemid stored with the URL.
Go to Menu Manager and find the Itemid of your frontpage. Then go to Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF, open the Content extension parameters and on the Common tab set "Ignore Itemids" to the Itemid of the frontpage. After this change, purge the URLs and clear the cache.
