Ali,

this is what I did:
I installed brand new Joomla 1.0.12 Stable with sample data. Then I installed Artio JoomSEF 1.4.0 plus VirtueMart extension 1.0.1, then VirtueMart 1.0.9 with sample data, then Community Builder 1.0.2. Then I used the VirtueMart 1.0.9 to 1.0.10 patch.
Still everything works just fine.
