When JoomSEF is enabled for k2, a module i have in my side bar has it's urls rewritten incorrectly. mod_k2_filter is using an extra field displayed as a list.

/education/itemlist/filter?searchword=Acid+Reflux -- without JoomSEF, which works
/education/filter?&searchword=Acid Reflux&task=filter -- with JoomSEF Basic, which does not work
/education/filter?&searchword=Acid%20Reflux&task=filter -- with JoomSEF, which does not work either

Im dont care how the urls look, but i do want to have the meta info attributed correctly; and for the url to resolve correctly. I cannot turn off the k2 extention, as the entire site uses k2 items, categories, and extra fields.

Is there some sort of setting that i am unaware of that can fix my issue?

Thank you for your report, it seems that our extension is not compatible with the module. We will try to adapt it, but since the module is commercial we'll need to contact its authors for development license, which will probably take some time. If you could send us a copy of the module to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it it would speed up the process.

In the meantime, you could maybe make it work using a custom non-SEF variables. Use the URLs Manager to find and post Real URL for /education/filter and I might be able to help you with configuration.
