Hello,

if you are using JoomSEF 3.5.0 (or newer when available)
go to settings of com_community extension and add
"task=cron" to Do not SEF URLs matching regular expression field.
This is the easiest if you want to limit just this one URL.

If there would be more or more complex conditions, you can also use the variable filters, by putting "task" to filtreable variables list and then creating a negative rule for "cron" assigning it to task virable.

You need to use the regular expression syntax, so that would be:
start=|ask=

that should work I guess.
The notice-level error should not be a big dea, you can simply supress it by setting joomla error reporting level to "standard". Anyway thanks for notification, we will add some tests to prevent it.

As regards the notice, it should be enough to "reinstall" from server. It has been already fixed in source.
