All of a sudden I'm having problems with JoomSEF,

When I try to change an item ID I get a message as "Error Saving URL"

I just cant change anything. Any suggestions?

Maybe EXACTLY same URL already exists in database. (check for the non-SEO format to find out)
There cannot be 2 identical URLs stored.

Or any change you did some upgrade lately?
