After you turn this error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function shInitializePlugin() in /home/wellington/domains/jelmezek.eu/public_html/components/com_sef/sef_ext/com_phocagallery.php on line 20

what's the problem?

What versions of JoomSEF, Phoca Gallery and extension do you use?

I have checked our Phoca Gallery extension and there is no such call at line 20.
It seems like you are reffering to sh404sef extension, not JoomSEF extension.
