File ext_joomsef4_jomres.zip cannot be served! 13 years, 1 month ago #21116

I bought JoomSef 4 to use with Joomla 1.6 and Jomres.
I bought the jomres extension and I have a download ID.

I set it in the "managed extension" page and I try to get the extension.

But i've the error "File ext_joomsef4_jomres.zip cannot be served!"

I have the file ext_joomsef3_jomres.zip, can I manually install it ?

I find the manual install, but I have a blank page when I use it.
So please help me for this issue.

Is it possible to have any response ?
This extension is not free, I think it's absolutely incredible that it sell as Joomsef 4 compatible then it can't be installed.
