Jreviews: remove Jreviews directory name from url 14 years, 1 month ago #11407

Joomsef seems to be the only component that can actually handle jreviews sef urls correctly.

I have just 1 problem, I would like to remove the jreviews directory from urls.

Right now i get: /directory/section/category

and I'd like to have: /section/category

Any advice?

I think I've found a workaround to this:

rename Jreviews main directory to . (dot). That way it will be stripped when generating URLs but please note that it might cause problems if you have a multi directories setup.

Hello,
there should be easier way - in JoomSEF / Manage Extensions / JReviews, at the common tab, make sure to set the "use menu title" setting to no.
