Ok, now it is completely clear.

As I can see in your order, you have pruchased SOBI2 JoomSEF extension version 1.0.0.
Which is however only compatible only with JoomSEF 1.x!
If you are using JoomSEF 3.x (Joomla 1.5), you need version 2.0.x of the extension.
If you are using JoomSEF 2.x(Joomla 1.0), you need version 1.1.x of the extension.

We can switch the versions for you in the order, but please, confirm once again your Joomla + JoomSEF version, so there is no further confusion about this.
