I'm trying to migrate a site over and have no issues paying for version to upgrade if it will transfer over all of my current SEF links. Will this be possible with the latest 3.0 version?

Hello,

yes you can backup the links in v2 and migrate them into v3.
However, between Joomla 1.0 and J1.5, also the original link structure has been often changed, so some of the links may not work (even if imported to new JoomSEF DB). However, with identical settings, the links created in the new version will look same as in the old version.
