is there any way/ rule we can add so joomsef will ignore category pages like this one: www.aleamarket.gr/index.php?option=com_v...y_id=26&Itemid=1
i dont want to use another menu module i just want category pages to be ignored

Hello,

yes, you can use "Variable filtering" that is available in paid version.
You can set a rule, tak URL that includes variable page with value shop.browse will not be SEFed.

(btw. if you would like category URLs to be SEF, you do not need to replace the menu module, just to fix it - make sure the URLs get parsed through JRoute::_ method)
