Currently, my URL looks like:

/virtuemart/men/test-product-3

I want it to look like:

/men/test-product-3

(Essentially, Just remove the "virtuemart" part)

Sorry for the extra post. I found the answer:

Go to
JoomSEF / Extensions Management / VirtueMart and at the Common tab set
Use Menu Title to No.
