Hello I installed the new version of Open Source MSC and immediately did not work with JoomSEF on and with parameter Not using SEF.
After I turn off JoomSEF and everything works!
How do I fix?

I reinstalled version 3:53 works fine. I upgraded to version 3.64 and does not work.

Thanks but now it's late. My site did not work 5-15 days since I updated to version 3.64, and I have enough. I put the sh404sef and i write here
