Please specify what version of Joomla and JoomSEF do you use and what exactly doesn't work for you. Is there no Google Analytics tracking JavaScript included in your website? Or the Statistics page in JoomSEF doesn't show any data?

We have joomla 2.5 and Joonsef 4.5.1 ...an d the problem that we have is that the Statistics page in JoomSEF doesn't show any data .... like the picture

Hello Pedrer,

The problem is usually caused by your server being restricted to connect to google analytics and download the data.
Please check with your server hosting mainly that:
- cURL library is installed OR OpenSSL extension for PHP is installed
- fsockopen PHP function is allowed
- a firewall doesn't block connection to google analytics server

There may also be some other security settings on your server set up that could prevent JoomSEF from connecting to Google Analytics. Please check with your server hosting.

Please check whether cURL or OpenSSL PHP extensions are installed, whether fsockopen PHP function is allowed and whether there are no other security restrictions that would prevent your server from connecting to Google Analytics server.
